ESTABLISH BUSINESSES

In addition to providing business management and consulting services, we help Grow - Everyone members develop and submit business plans for the business each member would like to establish. Members are selected to present their business plans to the joint body of

Grow - Everyone members. Grow - Everyone members vote to select the member's business plan to be chosen for investment. The member who owns/presented the business venture selected for investment wil become the Chief Operating Officer of the business to be developed. An operating agreement to administer each business venture will be prepared and ratified by the members of

Grow - Everyone.

New businesses will be selected for investment and developed according to the Grow - Everyone operating agreement. Grow - Everyone members will be the primary source of workers to be hired and trained as employees of each Grow - Everyone business established. Business profits from each Grow - Everyone business will be distributed to each Grow - Everyone member as determined in the Grow - Everyone operating agreement.

Our Members, together, enter into joint business ventures. Each business venture is voted on and selected by the members of Grow - Everyone.
